Description du poste / mission
At Nutropy, your job will consist in:
– Assist in the development and scale-up of new food product formulations hand-in-hand with your supervisors and colleagues, working both autonomously and in collaboration
– Help design, plan, execute and analyze projects and experiments to improve our knowledge of ingredients and product taste, texture and shelf life
– Identify bottlenecks and re-design processes accordingly
– Manage a rigorous lab notebook
– Prepare and present results to your supervisors and the team
– Collaborate with the different departments
– Perform literature searches when necessary and propose innovative solutions
– Maintain equipment as well as laboratory inventory, consumables and solutions
– Undertake any other activies as needed by the business
Profil recherché
Education & Experience:
– Ongoing degree in food science or related disciplines (bachelor to masters)
– Interest in food product development, dairy products, microbiology, lipids or proteins
– Previous work on prototype development is a plus
– Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment
– Working English, French is a plus
– Experience in managing and executing R&D projects, ideally with new ingredients is a plus
